CANCELLATION & AMENDMENT POLICY


1. Flexible Cancellation Policy

(Not applicable for Public Holidays, Tet, or special promotional periods)

  • More than 03 days prior to arrival: 100% Refund.
  • Within 03 days of arrival: A fee equivalent to the first night’s stay will be charged.
  • No-show: 100% of the total booking value will be charged.

2. Booking Amendments

  • Shortening Stay: Requires written notice (via email or message) at least 02 days prior to the new check-out date.
  • Extending Stay: Subject to room availability and the prevailing daily rates at the time of extension.

3. Compensation Liability

Guests are fully responsible and liable for any costs associated with damages or loss of equipment and property within the premises caused by personal negligence during their stay.

4. Force Majeure

In the event of Force Majeure (such as natural disasters, pandemics, or socio-political events) that render the fulfillment of the contract impossible, both parties shall be exempt from liability. The hotel will provide support for booking retention or handling based on the actual situation to ensure the best interests of the guest.
