HOUSE RULES & REGULATIONS
1. Check-out Policy
- Standard Check-out Time: Before 12:00 PM (Noon).
- Late Check-out:
- Prior notice is required and subject to additional surcharges.
- In case of no notification or inability to contact the guest: The hotel reserves the right to relocate luggage (with video recording for documentation) and apply fees according to the current price list.
2. Occupancy & Visitor Policy
Maximum occupancy limits after 10:00 PM are as follows:

* A 25% surcharge will be applied for each additional guest exceeding the limit.
Visitors: Must present a valid ID/Passport and be sponsored by the registered tenant.
3. “Do Not Disturb” (DND) & Housekeeping
- If the DND sign is displayed for more than 24 consecutive hours, the hotel will conduct a mandatory safety check.
- The hotel declines any complaints regarding room quality if the guest refuses cleaning services for an extended period.
4. Safety & Prohibitions
- Quiet Hours: Please maintain silence after 10:00 PM to respect other guests.
- Strictly Prohibited:
- Possession or use of illegal substances/drugs.
- Pets are not allowed on the premises.
- Storing or consuming strong-smelling foods inside the room.
- Smoking in rooms, balconies, or common hallways.
